Juyoung Kim

JuYoung Kim is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at HYBE since May 2022. Prior to this role, JuYoung held several key positions, including Head of HR at KRAFTON Inc. and VP, Head of Employee Experience at PUBG Corporation. JuYoung’s career began at Yuhan-Kimberly, where significant contributions included serving as HR Manager and being the first and only female HR team leader, alongside roles in talent management, recruitment, and learning and development. JuYoung holds an MBA from Seoul National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sogang University.
