Carl Muller

Carl Muller has a diverse work experience in the field of programming, with their most recent role being the Lead Embedded Systems Engineer at HyBird since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at HotGen as a Senior Programmer from 2001 to 2019, where they focused on firmware development for several toys released by Skyrocket Toys. At HotGen, they also held the position of lead programmer for notable titles such as Golden Tee, Ms. Pac-man Collection, Namco Collection, and Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer.

Before HotGen, Carl worked as a Freelance Programmer at Probe from 1992 to 1998. During this time, they took on the lead role in various titles, including Judge Dredd, J. League Super Soccer, and Virtual Soccer. Carl also contributed to other projects such as Mortal Kombat 2, Fifa Soccer 96, Batman Forever, and Pagemaster. Additionally, Carl developed a sound driver for SNES and the CRISP2 map editor.

Prior to Probe, Carl was a Freelance Programmer at Mirrorsoft from 1990 to 1991, where they were the lead programmer for the conversion of Speedball 2 for C64 and the UK versions of TMHT.

Beginning their career at Beam in 1989 as a Junior Programmer, Carl assisted with titles such as Days of Thunder and The Last Ninja. Carl had the privilege of working under Adam Lancman at Beam.

From 1987 to 1989, Carl Muller pursued a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Computer Science. The specific institution where they studied during this period is not mentioned.
