Mike Minton

Mike Minton is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Hybrent. Prior to this, they worked as the Employee Development Manager at GROWMARK, Inc. from October 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they coached personnel on leadership and professional development, oversaw the Aspiring Leaders Program, and facilitated supervisor training focused on employee onboarding, building trust/communication, employment law, and performance management throughout the GROWMARK/FS System. Mike has also worked as the Director of Student Support Services at the University of Southern Indiana from February 2011 to July 2014, and as the Associate Director for Student Relations at Illinois State University from August 2014 to October 2019.

Mike Minton graduated with a B.A. in Theirtory from Indiana University Bloomington. Mike then went on to obtain their M.S. in Education Administration & Foundations from Illinois State University. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Administration & Foundations - Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University.
