Jontae James

Jontae James has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jontae is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Hybrid Financial Services Group, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they founded NatureTrak, an enterprise software company providing risk management and compliance solutions to financial institutions in the cannabis industry, where they served as Founder from 2017 to 2022.

Jontae also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Emerging Markets Coalition (EMC) from 2020 to 2022, advocating for the normalization and accessibility of financial services for cannabis-related industries. Jontae was also a Co-Founder of Bluntli from 2014 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Jontae held the role of Strategic Account Manager at BPG Worldwide, Inc. from 2008 to 2014. Jontae collaborated with entertainment industry and media agencies, developed business partners, and implemented marketing strategies. Jontae also worked as a Business Development Manager at O2 Marketing + Design from 2003 to 2011, focusing on customized solutions and brand development.

In addition, Jontae co-founded Your Out of Office in 2013, organizing large-scale events and managing a team. Jontae also founded The After Five Network, an online professional community with over 5,000 members, from 2008 to 2013. Overall, Jontae James brings extensive experience in business development, entrepreneurship, and leadership roles, with a particular focus on the cannabis industry.

From 1999 to 2003, Jontae James attended the University of Saint Francis. During this time, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
