Blayne Simons began their work experience in 2010 at A Box Broker Inc. as a Sales & Marketing Associate, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, Blayne joined Hybrid Financial Ltd. as a Product Specialist and transitioned to the role of Director of Sales in 2015. Currently, Blayne holds the position of Managing Director at Hybrid Financial Ltd. starting from 2021.
Blayne Simons completed their education from 2004 to 2008 at Leaside High School, where they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with an Honours Bilingual Certificate. Blayne then attended the University of Guelph from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing Management. In addition to their formal education, Blayne has also obtained additional certifications. In 2014, they successfully completed the Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). In 2019, they obtained The Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
