Mr Moore

Mr Moore's work experience includes a role as an Operator at Cell Connect Inc. starting in July 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hybrid Networks Inc. starting in January 2009.

Mr. Moore completed their Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services at Kent State University from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained various certifications including Cyber Security Awareness for Government Officials, Federal Arrest Authority, Crisis Negotiations - Basic, and OPOTA-SWAT Advanced. Mr. Moore also received certifications in applying assessment and authorization in the NISP, electronic security systems, identifying and safeguarding PII, JCAVS-JPAS investigation tools, PEDs & removable storage, US Gov. classified storage requirements, and use and deployment of smart phones and tablets from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
