Wendy Ayala is an experienced sourcing manager with a strong background in production coordination within the apparel industry. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at Hybrid Apparel since November 2017, Wendy manages Time and Action (T&A) processes for high-profile private label accounts across various demographics. Prior experience includes production coordination roles at Sanctuary Clothing, where communication with factories in China and Indonesia was essential, and at Forever 21, where Wendy oversaw the development process from concept to bulk shipping. Early career experience as an assistant buyer at Wet Seal, Inc. involved analyzing purchasing trends and managing vendor communications, alongside roles in visual merchandising. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts from Orange Coast College.
