Kisha Crofts

Kisha Crofts has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Instructor at the University of Arizona in 2005. Kisha then worked as a Paramedic for Arizona Ambulance Transport, University Physicians Hospital at Kino Campus, and PMT Ambulance from 2005 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they held various roles at the New Mexico Heart Institute, including Information Technology Consultant, Clinical Application Analyst, Corporate Trainer, and Medical Assistant. In 2016, they began working as an Independent Business Owner for Shiny Squirrel Solutions and as a Project Manager, Director of Product Management and Implementation, and Implementation and Training Specialist for HybridChart Inc. Currently, they are employed as a Clinical Systems Analyst II at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Kisha Crofts obtained a Certified Paramedic degree from the University of Arizona in 2005. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Master Trainer and Certified Instructional Designer from The Association for Talent Development. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Instructional Design, Master Trainer, ACLS Instructor, and BLS Instructor from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
