Martin MacGown

Martin MacGown is an accomplished Senior HCM Consultant at HyBridge Solutions, Inc. since February 2017, specializing in the implementation of Infor Global HR and Talent Management modules for healthcare systems. Previously, Martin served as an Information Systems Faculty member at the University of Phoenix for nearly a decade, teaching various database and information management courses. Martin's experience includes leading talent management initiatives as HR Director at MaineGeneral Health, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, and managing recruitment systems. Additional roles encompass IT project management and systems analysis, with a strong foundation in database management and health system project leadership gained through various positions dating back to 2001, including significant tenure in the United States Marine Corps as a Gunnery Sergeant. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, along with numerous certifications in technical fields.
