Nevena Stanojevic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nevena is currently working at HYCU, Inc. as an HR Project Manager - Employee Experience since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from December 2021 to July 2022. Nevena also worked at Endava from August 2020 to November 2021 in the People Development Stream, CDS Integration role. Before that, they held positions at Comtrade Group as an HR Partner for Comtrade Digital Services from January 2019 to August 2021 and as a Group Talent & Performance Management Advisor from May 2017 to August 2020. Nevena also gained experience at SBB Serbia BroadBand as an Organizational Development Manager from June 2016 to May 2017. Nevena started their career at Delhaize Serbia, where they worked as a Junior HRBP from April 2015 to June 2016 and as a Talent Management Specialist from May 2013 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Rudnap Group from May 2011 to May 2013. Nevena's early career involved working as a Data Processing Associate at Ipsos Strategic Marketing from March 2008 to April 2011.

Nevena Stanojevic holds a MSc Degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade, which they obtained in the academic year 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc Degree in Management from the same institution, completing their studies between 2002 and 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Nevena Stanojevic has pursued additional certifications. In November 2020, they obtained an Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma from the International Coaching Federation. In April 2019, they received a Certificate in Coaching Skills from the International Society for Coaching Psychology. Earlier in June 2013, Nevena Stanojevic became a certified user of the Hogan Assessment and Vienna Test System through Assessment Systems Serbia.

In 2013, they also attended the Institute for Psychodrama in Belgrade to study Psychodrama psychotherapy and Psychotherapy. The completion date is not specified.
