Predrag S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Predrag began their career at Absolut Support - Security Consulting in 2010, where they held the position of Manager until 2013. Predrag then joined MASMI as a Fieldwork Manager Associate from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Business Builder (FMCG) at Philip Morris International until 2014.

In 2015, Predrag joined NCR Corporation as an IT Support Specialist & SME Training Assistant for the Walmart account. Predrag then transitioned to the role of Account Support Analyst from 2016 to 2018 and later became an Account Support Sr. Analyst - Learning SME from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Ops Analyst (III) for the Walmart account at NCR Corporation.

In 2021, Predrag joined Syneos Health as a Sales Operations Analyst/Salesforce Business Admin, where they worked until 2022. Predrag is currently employed at HYCU, Inc. as a Sales Operations Manager starting from October 2022.

Predrag S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Belgrade, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in September 2022. In November 2020, they became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the International Scrum Institute™. In July 2020, Predrag received multiple certifications from Tableau Software, including Tableau Analyst, Tableau Data Scientist, Tableau Developer, Tableau Executive Sponsor, Tableau Server Administrator, Tableau Site Administrator, Tableau Author, and Tableau Consumer. In March 2020, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and completed RPA Starter Training from UiPath. In February 2020, Predrag completed Management Foundations, Scrum: Advanced, Scrum: The Basics, and Tableau 10 Essential Training through LinkedIn. In April 2019, they completed Access 2010 Essential Training through LinkedIn, and in February 2019, they completed Excel 2016: Advanced Formulas and Functions and Excel 2016: Pivot Tables in Depth through LinkedIn. Predrag's earliest certification was the Continuous Improvement - Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt, which they obtained from TLSSC in October 2017.
