Matthew Murray BSc (Hons) AIOSH has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew has held various roles in different companies, starting as a Technician/Toolmaker at Doncaster Moorside Ltd in 1978. Matthew then worked as a Technical Engineering Buyer at SPD Tool Co. Ltd. from 1983 to 1988. Following that, they served as the Chief Buyer/Quality Manager at Hyde Tool Co. Ltd. from 1988 to 1993. Matthew joined Hyde Group Ltd. in 1993 and held positions such as Deputy Group Quality Manager, Group Quality Manager, and Group Quality and H&S Director until 2002. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Consultant/MD at IBMS Consultancy Ltd. Matthew then joined Hyde Group (Tooling) Ltd. as the Group Quality Director from 2006 to 2008. Matthew continued their journey as the Managing Director at SG Instruments Ltd. from 2008 to 2010. Lastly, since 2010, Matthew has been serving as the HR Director at Hyde Group Ltd.

Matthew Murray obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Management from Salford University. Matthew also possesses the certification of AIOSH from the institution IOSH.
