Abdulwahab Oseni has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Abdulwahab started off as an intern at the Lagos State Ministry of Justice in 2006. Abdulwahab then worked as an intern at G. Elias & Co. (Solicitors and Advocates), where they prepared arguments, researched for senior counsels, and advised on the effects of the Local Content Act on foreign companies in Nigeria. Abdulwahab also served as a trainee counsel at Adekola Mustapha & Co. During this time, they gained experience in various legal areas, including compliance with laws and regulatory provisions. In 2013, they became a junior associate at Adeniji Kazeem & Co., where they assisted clients in compliance assignments, reviewed agreements, and ensured compliance with various regulations. Abdulwahab then joined The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) as a legal assistant, managing the institution's litigation portfolio, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and acting as a liaison for legal and regulatory issues. Abdulwahab later joined Hyde Energy Limited, where they held roles as a legal & compliance officer and, eventually, as the head of legal & compliance. In this position, they managed the company's risk exposure, oversaw litigation and arbitration processes, and coordinated the evaluation process for appointing service providers. Currently, Abdulwahab serves as a co-founder of Framegidi, a role they took on in 2020.

Abdulwahab Oseni completed their education in the following sequence:

- From 2004 to 2009, they attended Obafemi Awolowo University, where they obtained an LLB degree in Law.

- In 2009-2010, they attended Nigerian Law School and obtained a BL degree in Law.

- In 2011-2012, Abdulwahab Oseni pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate & Financial Law from the University of Glasgow.

- In 2016, they completed an orientation program in Oil Trading at The Oxford Princeton Programme.

Abdulwahab Oseni has also obtained various additional certifications in different fields. These include an Introduction to ESG certificate from Edumine in 2023, certifications in the mining industry from Edumine in 2023, a Building Resilience certificate from LinkedIn in 2021, a Financial Statement Analysis and Interpretation certificate from PwC Academy in 2019, a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International designation from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in 2018, and an Associate Membership from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK in 2017.
