Elizabeth Penney

Elizabeth Penney is currently working as a Lab Analyst II / Staff Manager at Hyde Engineering + Consulting since August 2022. Prior to this, Elizabeth held the position of Distillation Technician and Processing Technician at New River Distilling from January 2021 to August 2022. Elizabeth completed their degree in Fermentation Sciences and Chemistry from Appalachian State University in May 2021, after earning a degree in Statistics and Mathematics from The College of New Jersey in May 2018.
