Andrea Berg, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Andrea began their career in 2003 as a Sales Associate for Wal-Mart. In 2004, they were promoted to Management Intern, then Customer Service Manager, and finally Customer Service Desk Associate. In 2006, they worked as a Human Resources Intern for SPX Corporation and a Construction Recruiter/HR Assistant for Mid-States Mechanical Services Inc. From 2007 to 2016, they held various roles at Lyman Lumber Company, including Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Representative. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director, HR Business Partner - Midwest, Human Resource Business Partner, and Learning & Development Partner at US LBM. Most recently, they have been the HR Director - Power Solutions NA at TT Electronics plc since 2020. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Wanner Engineering, Inc. since 2022.

Andrea Berg, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history. Andrea obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. Andrea then attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended St. Peter High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications, including an Everything DiSC Workplace Certification from Everything DiSC in February 2020, a 360 Degree Feedback Coaching Certification from DecisionWise in September 2016, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in March 2020.
