Phillip McNabb

Phillip McNabb is a seasoned Sub Sea Consultant with extensive experience in operations, project management, estimating, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) within the sub sea industry. Since April 2016, Phillip has operated as a self-employed consultant while also serving as a Senior Consultant and Senior Project Manager for Dave E. Jones Sub-Sea. Prior to this, Phillip was a Project Manager at Oceaneering from December 2011 to April 2015. Phillip holds a Certificate DOL card in Construction OSHA 30 from OSHA Campus and has been certified in Commercial Diving through The Ocean Corporation, enhancing a comprehensive skill set in sub sea projects.
