Stephen Beacham

Stephen Beacham is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in production management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Operations Director at Hydram Engineering Ltd since December 2019, Stephen previously held the role of Operations Manager at Hydram Engineering from December 2004 to December 2019, overseeing all aspects of production and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Production Supervisor at Tallent Engineering, where Stephen managed a team of supervisors, and as Production Team Leader at Nissan UK, responsible for maintaining production line efficiency and staff training. Stephen holds a Master's Degree in Enterprise Management from Durham University Business School and an Executive Diploma in Management from New College Durham.
