Charlotte Ferguson

Charlotte Ferguson is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Hydro Tasmania since January 2023, Charlotte has previously held positions at the Department of Health, Tasmania as a Human Resource and Workplace Relations Consultant and Advisor from April 2020 to January 2023. Charlotte also contributed to CatholicCare Tasmania as a People and Culture Advisor from June 2013 to April 2020 and had a successful tenure at Hays, progressing from Resourcer to Senior Recruitment Consultant between November 2009 and June 2013. Educationally, Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from Monash University, attained between 2008 and 2014, and completed the Tasmanian Certificate of Education at Guilford Young College in 2006.
