Richard Nandoo

Richard Nandoo is a skilled Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner for Technology & Operations at Guardian Group since February 2020. Richard has extensive experience in HRIS, having led HR automations, systems, and people analytics, along with managing various Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
