Hayley Crichton

Hayley Crichton is an experienced professional in the talent and early careers sector, currently serving as an Early Careers & Development Partner at Hydro Tasmania since November 2023. Prior to this role, Hayley held positions as a Talent & Early Careers Partner at TasNetworks from October 2018 to November 2023 and as a Talent Specialist at the same organization. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Store Support Manager at Coles in 2018, and extensive experience at Woolworths Supermarkets from January 2001 to December 2017, including Assistant Store Manager roles and various leadership positions. Hayley completed the Store Management Training Program in Operational Leadership at Woolworths Academy between 2008 and 2010.
