Kathryn Anderson

Kathryn Anderson is an experienced financial professional with over a decade of expertise in financial administration and accounting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Financial Administration Team at Hydro Tasmania since March 2012, Kathryn plays a key role in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements and the implementation of new processes following financial system changes. Previous positions include Fund Accountant and Financial Controller at Synergy Capital Management, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring general ledger integrity and completing APRA returns, as well as preparing Business Activity Statements. Kathryn's foundational experience includes accounting roles at Tote Tasmania and a long tenure at Synergy Capital Management, where contributions included management reporting and compliance with statutory requirements. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tasmania and is a graduate of the CPA Australia Program.
