Jeca Carrière, RPP, is a skilled professional in energy and decarbonization programs, currently serving as Supervisor of Energy and Decarbonization Programs at Hydro Ottawa. With a strong background in sustainability, Jeca has held significant roles at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, including Senior Manager and Manager for the Green Municipal Fund, alongside a volunteer position as Chair and Member of the Sustainability Working Group. Previous experience includes Project Coordinator at The University of British Columbia's Sustainability Office and serving as Past President of the National Board for the Sierra Club of Canada. Jeca is also a co-founder of the Canadian Youth Climate Coalition. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from The University of British Columbia and ongoing studies at the Canadian College of Educators since 2017.
