Julie Lupinacci

Julie Lupinacci is the Chief Customer Officer at Hydro Ottawa, a position held since March 2017, and a Board Member at CS Week and the Ottawa Board of Trade. In addition to their roles at Hydro Ottawa and CS Week, which focus on customer service and utility professional networking, respectively, Julie serves on the Economic Development and Environment & Sustainability Committees of the Ottawa Board of Trade. Julie is also a Board Member for the CHEO Foundation, supporting healthcare philanthropy. Previously, Julie held various senior roles at Gilmore Global from 2000 to 2017, culminating in the position of Vice President, Customer Engagement. Julie's academic credentials include an ICD designation from the Rotman School of Management and an MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
