Samantha Bartle has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Samantha began their career as a Senior Human Resources and Operations Manager at the Sage Institute of Education in 2011 and stayed with the company until 2017. In this role, they managed various projects, handled operations, human resources, systems and IT, as well as procurement and payroll. Samantha also revised job descriptions across all levels of the organization.
After leaving the Sage Institute of Education, Samantha joined the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities as the Head of Human Resources. Here, they provided an independent advocacy service for people with disabilities and managed the HR department. Samantha held this position from 2018 until 2020.
In 2020, Samantha joined Australia Post as a System Reporting Analyst Manager. However, their tenure in this role was brief, as they moved on to work at Think HQ later that year. At Think HQ, they served as the Human Resources and Systems Director, responsible for overseeing systems and their implementation, maintaining and improving operations, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans. Samantha worked at Think HQ until 2022.
Currently, Samantha Bartle holds the position of Head of Human Resources & Payroll at HydroChem, starting in July 2022.
Samantha Bartle obtained a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus on Applied Psychology from the Australian College of Applied Professions between 2006 and 2009. Samantha also completed a Diploma of Human Resources in Human Resources Management and Services from the Australian HR Institute in 2003. In 2012, Samantha pursued further education at the Australian College of Applied Professions, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Applied Psychology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Competency Based Interviewee Preparation from IPA, Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services, Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions from Microsoft, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from The Knowledge Academy, Advanced Payroll from the Irish Payroll Association, Programming in HTML5 and CSS3, Microsoft 365 Customization, and Configuration, and Designing and Developing Microsoft SharePoint 2016 from Lynda.com.
