Kira Heal

Kira Heal has extensive experience in human resources and operations coordination. In their current role as Human Resources Services Manager at Hydrock, Kira focuses on reward and benefit management. As an HR Advisor, Kira supported the HR Director in employee relations. Previously, Kira worked as a Site Coordinator at GE Capital Equipment Finance Ltd, providing strong PA support and coordinating site events. Kira also served as an Operations Coordinator at Hydrock, involving close liaison with the H&S Manager and controlling training for the company. Kira pursued their education in Human Resources Management at SGS College, completing their CIPD Level 3.
