Bridget Hougham

Bridget Hougham is a Principal Consultant in the Partner Practice Group at Hydrogen Group, a position held since May 2023. With a focus on placing talented lawyers into top law firms across Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo, Bridget has developed extensive expertise over 9 years in legal recruitment, covering all disciplines and levels from Newly Qualified to Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Director in the Associate Practice Group for EMEA at Major, Lindsey & Africa from March 2022 to May 2023, and as Associate Director for Private Practice at Taylor Root during two separate periods. Additional roles include Senior Consultant for the Middle East & Emerging Markets at Marsden and a Volunteer Sponsor Relationship Manager at TEDxTinHauWomen. Bridget holds a 2:1 degree in International Business from the University of Portsmouth.
