Dean Jennings

Dean Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dean is currently serving as the Global Head of People, Culture & Talent at Hydrogen Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at the same company from November 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Hydrogen Group, Dean worked at Randstad UK, where they held several positions, including Internal Talent Acquisition Manager (UK & Ireland) from June 2021 to November 2021, Internal Talent Acquisition Team Leader (UK) from August 2020 to June 2021, and Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2018 to August 2020. Dean started their career at Randstad as a Talent Acquisition Resourcer in June 2014 and gradually worked their way up to become a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in January 2017.

Dean also gained experience in the recruitment industry as a Rec2Rec Specialist at Digital Execs from January 2011 to May 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Bartender at Union of Brunel Students from June 2013 to April 2014.

In terms of legal experience, Dean had a Mini Pupillage at 7 Harrington Street Chambers and Legal Work Experience at Abrahams Solicitors, both in February 2013.

Before entering the professional world, Dean worked as a Telemarketer at GfK NOP from July 2010 to September 2011 and as a Bar and Catering Assistant at Active Luton from May 2009 to January 2011.

Overall, Dean has a strong background in talent acquisition and has held various leadership roles in this field.

Dean Jennings attended Brunel University London from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) degree in Law. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied Law, Politics, EPQ, and Psychology at Luton Sixth Form College. Before college, Dean completed their GCSEs at Putteridge High School, from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Dean obtained a REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) - CertRP from THE RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT CONFEDERATION in 2017.
