Bob Wowk

Bob Wowk has extensive work experience in financial leadership roles. Bob is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. Prior to this, they were the Interim CFO at GlassPoint, Inc. and the CFO at Transform Materials. Before that, Bob Wowk worked at EnergyX Inc. as a CFO for two years. Bob also held the position of Board Director/Finance Advisor at Gulf Cryo and served as their CFO. Bob Wowk has also worked as the Interim CFO at Fluence Corporation, Managing Director at Tyczka Air Austria, and Interim CFO at Premier Store Fixtures, sPower (Sustainable Power Group), and Plasco Energy Group, respectively. Bob'sexperience includes preparing organizations for IPOs, financial controls, strategic planning, credit facility establishment, and global finance team expansion.

Bob Wowk has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College.
