Carl Milligan

Carl Milligan is currently the Vice President of Information Systems at Hydromat since September 1997, where Carl oversees the day-to-day operations of a medium-scale information systems network with international partnerships. Carl is also an Adjunct Professor at St. Charles Community College since January 2018, teaching information technology courses. Previously, Carl has worked as a System Administrator at Maritz, a Network Administrator at Saint Louis Art Museum, and a Database Administrator at Cejka. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science - Enterprise Computing from DeVry and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Meramec College.
