Devin Girtin

Devin Girtin, PMP, serves as the Director of Operations - West at Hydromax USA since June 2021, responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations of leak survey projects in the western United States, focusing on strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Devin held roles as a Project Manager at Hydromax USA, Senior Project Manager and Process Improvement Specialist at SM Energy Company, and Manager-EHS at Kinder Morgan, where accomplishments include leading a data replacement project that saved over $1M annually and developing award-winning incident management systems. Devin's career began as a Staff Geologist at LT Environmental, Inc. and is supported by a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
