Stanley Bujega is the current advisor of Business Administration at Hydroplane. Stanley has also worked as the Senior Vice President at Hyperloop One from August 2017 to January 2019. Stanley was responsible for strategy, organizational leadership, and implementation for functional areas such as Systems Engineering processes, Product Lifecycle Management, Safety and Mission Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Systems Architecture, Verification and Validation, and Systems Analysis. Prior to Hyperloop One, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from June 2008 to September 2017. There, they were a Project Manager and Mission Manager for an International Space Station (ISS) fundamental physics facility, the Cold Atom Laboratory. Stanley's responsibilities included technical and resource management of a team of 50 engineers and scientists in the proposal, system architecting, design, fabrication, crew training, human factors assessment, and integration and test of a first of its kind ultra-cold quantum gas multi-user facility.
Stanley Bujega has a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. Stanley also has a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from USC. Stanley is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Commercial Pilot, High Performance Aircraft, Complex Aircraft, and Instrument Rating. Stanley is also certified by PADI as an Advanced Open Water Diver and Open Water Diver.
