Sven Mellin has extensive experience in the field of Research and Development, currently working at Planteneers - The Plant Based Pioneers since 2020, focusing on the creation of vegan milk alternatives. Additionally, Sven has been with Hydrosol since August 2013 in a similar capacity. Sven's educational background includes a degree as a Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik from Walther-Lehmkuhl-Schule Neumünster, completed in December 2015, as well as an Abitur from Staatliche Handelsschule mit Wirtschaftsgymnasium Hamburg.
