Rostam Reifschneider has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Design Intern at Ware Malcomb. From 2016 to 2018, they co-founded and operated Meraki Skate, LLC. In 2018, they interned at Desora as a Product Engineering & Data Analytics Intern. In 2019, they worked as an Entrepreneurship Assistant at Global Startup Labs. Rostam then joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2020 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. In the same year, they co-founded Hydrova. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Climate Fellow at 776 Foundation.

Rostam Reifschneider completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Finance & Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rostam attended MIT from 2017 to 2021.

Prior to their college education, Rostam Reifschneider obtained a high school diploma from La Jolla Country Day School, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Rostam Reifschneider has also earned a certification from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business's Startup Accelerator in May 2021.
