Monika Lechevalier

Monika Lechevalier is currently the Operational Excellence Manager at Hydrovolt AS, bringing valuable experience from previous roles such as Business Analyst at OSM Aviation and Business Excellence Analyst at Hotelbeds Group. Prior to that, Monika served as the Senior Vendor Compliance Coordinator at International Paper, where Monika successfully led compliance initiatives resulting in a significant reduction in non-compliance fines. With a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from Jagiellonian University, Monika possesses a strong background in process improvement, project management, and customer relationship management.
