Emily Adkison

Emily Adkison currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at Hydrow, Inc., since July 2023. Prior to this role, Emily was the Human Resources Administrator at AVEO Oncology from March 2018 to March 2023, where significant contributions included designing the company's first remote orientation program, managing employee benefits, and overseeing HRIS transitions. Emily has extensive experience in payroll management, compliance across multiple states, and operational coordination during office relocations. Additional roles prior to AVEO included positions at the International Poster Gallery, MasterDrive, and Colorado State University, illustrating a diverse skill set in administration, customer service, and education. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Public History and Museum Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Colorado State University.
