Jules Spaanjaars

Jules Spaanjaars has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Junior Researcher at Radboud University for two years. Jules then moved on to Philips Components, where they held the position of Product Quality Manager and Industrial Engineer from 1995 to 2000. Following this, Jules joined BCcomponents B.V. as a Factory Engineering Manager and Quality Manager for two years.

In 2002, they transitioned to Vishay, where they took on various roles, including International Product Marketing Manager and Project Leader for setting up cooperation with a Chinese partner. From 2012 to 2018, Jules served as an Operations Manager at Vishay, responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain management of electronic components in an ISO/TS16949 certified factory. Jules also acted as a liaison officer for cooperation with a local Chinese manufacturer of electronic components.

From 2018 to 2022, Jules served as the Chief Operating Officer at Trymax Semiconductor. Currently, they hold the same position at HyET Solar Netherlands B.V., starting from February 2023.

Jules Spaanjaars completed a Master's degree in Physics at Radboud University from 1985 to 1990.
