Paul Wen

Paul Wen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality, environment, health, and safety management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior QEHS Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at Hyflux Ltd since January 2016, Paul has successfully mentored safety officers and has maintained a zero-accident record since 2017 at the Tuaspring Integrated Water and Power Project. Prior to this, Paul held positions at Shell, including Senior HSSE Advisor at Criterion/CRI Marketing Asia Pacific from January 2014 to January 2016, and HSSE Senior Safety and Fire Officer at Shell Jurong Island from January 2008 to January 2014, where responsibilities included incident investigations and safety improvement initiatives. Earlier in career, Paul worked as a Senior Airport Emergency Officer with Changi Airport Group, leading aviation rescue and fire-fighting units. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, completed between 2012 and 2015.
