Karen Drexler

Karen has expertise in identifying opportunities in the Medtech field, building organizations and financing growth. She co-founded multiple diagnostics companies and currently serves as President and CEO of Sandstone Diagnostics. Karen was an early employee at LifeScan, holding significant responsibilities in operations, sales, marketing, business and strategic planning, and played a key role in its sale to J&J. Thereafter she founded Amira Medical and served as CEO until its acquisition by Roche. Karen further provides CEO mentoring and supports women entrepreneurs through her work with Astia and Springboard Enterprises.
