Mariangela Irpinio

Mariangela Irpinio has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM at Hyland since October 2020, Mariangela has held several roles including Senior Manager and Manager within the company. Prior to Hyland, Mariangela worked at Alfresco Software Limited from February 2014 to October 2020 in various positions focused on customer success and renewals, emphasizing customer retention and account growth. Earlier career highlights include roles at BlackBerry, Prestolite Electric Incorporated, BP, and Johnson & Johnson, where Mariangela developed a strong foundation in sales, operations, and customer relationship management. Mariangela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Merchandising from the University of Bari, Italy.
