Matt Austin

Matt Austin currently serves as the Global Vice President of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition at Hyland, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was with Iron Mountain from January 2023 to June 2025, where various titles were held including Global VP HR for the Digital, AI, SAAS, Innovation, Incubation & Cyber Security Business Unit. Additional experience includes serving as Global Human Resources Strategy Leader at Amazon Web Services from January 2021 to July 2023, and holding key roles at Grasshopper Investments as Chief People Officer and COO, and at Kelly as Vice President of Global Human Resources Business Partnerships. Matt holds a Master's of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Design/Development and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration, both from Marshall University.
