Tiffany Scherer

Tiffany Scherer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Hyland, where Tiffany has held multiple leadership roles since October 1999, including Director, Chief of Staff, Director of Product and Strategy, and Director of Customer Experience. In these positions, Tiffany has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance organizational productivity, mentor teams, and drive improvements in customer loyalty through strategic initiatives and effective communication. Prior to joining Hyland, Tiffany worked at Emerald Health Network as a Provider Services Representative, focusing on educating providers and addressing their concerns. Tiffany graduated from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and continues to further education at Hudson Institute.
