Maitland Demos has extensive experience in leadership and operational management, primarily within the insurance and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Leads at Quility Insurance since April 2014, Maitland oversees the Leads departments, focusing on efficiency and strategic communication to enhance the lead program's reputation. Previous roles at Quility include Director of Leads and Leads Department Head at Symmetry Financial Group, where responsibility included managing lead generation and allocation. Additionally, Maitland has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Demos Diesel & Off-Road Performance and has held various management positions in the fast-food industry and other businesses. Educational qualifications include a High School Diploma and an ongoing pursuit of an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Management at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
