Tyler Shryer is the current VP of Technical Support at Hyland. Tyler has over 18 years of experience in the field of information technology. Tyler started their career as the Information Systems Manager at The Environments Group where they were responsible for managing the company's capital investments and expenditures. Tyler then moved on to Lexmark Enterprise Software where they were the Director of Enterprise Software Support. In this role, they were responsible for the global operations of the software support team, acquisition integration, partner enablement, and continuous improvement of the support experience. Tyler has been with Hyland for over two years and has been instrumental in improving the customer support experience.
