Alex Zhu's work experience includes:

- Account Executive at AIG from December 2015 to February 2016, responsible for maintaining and developing new business opportunities in the Japanese multinational corporation market.

- Sales planning & training role at AIG from April 2010 to November 2015. This role involved developing and managing talent development programs for employees and insurance producers, as well as creating training programs for new insurance agents and brokers.
