Erin L. Fitz has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Erin L. started their career at Old National Insurance, where they gained experience in various divisions such as Large Commercial Lines, Professional Liability, and Commercial Bonds. During their time at Old National Insurance, they also served as the Notary Specialist and processed notary bond requests and renewals.

Afterwards, Erin joined MJ Insurance as a Commercial Account Coordinator, where they assisted Account Managers in daily procedures related to marketing accounts, processing policies and endorsements, and interacting with clients. Erin L. was also part of the Culture Committee, which organized community service and events for the company.

In 2011, Fitz acquired the State of Indiana Property & Casualty Insurance License from Pathfinder Corporation. Later, in 2012 and 2013, Fitz completed the Accredited Advisor of Insurance program at The Institutes, receiving the AAI credential. In 2018, Fitz obtained the Certified Professional Insurance Agent certification from PIA Indiana.
