Client Service Executive, Client Lead - Employee Benefits at Hylant

Melissa St Cyr has significant work experience in the insurance industry. Melissa started their career at Oxford Health Plans as an Auditor in 2000 and worked there until 2006. Melissa then joined ADP TotalSource as a Benefit Service Rep from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Melissa worked at Humana as an Account Advisor, managing a book of business and specializing in ancillary benefits. Melissa also assisted with implementation, maintained business relationships, and presented at open enrollment meetings. In 2014, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Client Manager, where they assisted with wellness meetings, vendor relations, claim advocacy, and onsite enrollment meetings. Melissa joined Allstate Benefits in 2017 as a Sr Implementation Account Manager for a few months before moving to Hylant in the same year as a Client Service Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Client Service Executive at Hylant, a role they have held since March 2021.

Melissa St Cyr completed their education history with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Sociology from Florida State College at Jacksonville, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned another Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University between 1999 and 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Melissa obtained a certification in GBA from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in March 2018.
