Alyssa Chae Emch has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specializing in cyber and tech insurance. Alyssa Chae worked at Hylant from 2016 to the present, starting as a Client Service Specialist in commercial lines and eventually becoming a Client Service Executive for the Cyber & Tech Practice. In their role, they played a key role in building the practice, training professionals, and developing comprehensive approaches for new and renewal business. Alyssa also provided Hylant clients with the best cyber programs available in the market.

Prior to their time at Hylant, Alyssa worked at TDC Risk Management from 2013 to 2016, holding positions such as Commercial Account Manager, New Business Specialist, and Commercial Lines Account Technician. Alyssa Chae'sexperience at TDC further enhanced their expertise in the insurance industry.

Alyssa Chae Emch, MLIS, cyRM, completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Bowling Green State University from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, they earned a license as an Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance Agent from Hondros College. Currently, Alyssa is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Bowling Green State University, which they started in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2024. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a cyRM (Cyber Risk Manager) certification from Teachable in July 2022. In April 2022, Alyssa also earned the Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI). In addition, they completed the Board Member Accelerator Services program hosted by Aly Sterling Philanthropy in September 2017.
