Rachel Bruce

Rachel Bruce has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachel is currently employed at Hylant as a Client Executive in the Employee Benefits department, where they focus on strengthening and protecting the businesses, employees, and communities of their client family. Prior to that, they worked at Rippling as a Broker Channel Manager, responsible for hiring, training, and developing Channel AEs to engage with Broker partners and their clients. Rachel also has experience at Paylocity, where they served as a Director of Sales and an HCM Account Executive, elevating the profession of payroll and human resources through industry-leading, cloud-based HCM software. Before that, they worked at TEKsystems as an Account Manager in various IT fields, deploying IT professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia. Rachel's early work experience includes a role at Work One as a Training and Development/Workshop Presenter and Developer, where they delivered and developed various workshops and classes on topics such as job search, lifestyle, and communication skills.

Rachel Bruce's education history begins with their high school education at Mansfield Christian School, where they completed their honors program in 2003. Rachel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Huntington University, although the specific start and end years for this degree are unknown.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Rachel went on to pursue a Masters degree in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University, which they completed in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel has also obtained two additional certifications. In July 2023, they obtained an Insurance Agent certification in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the Indiana Department of Insurance. In March 2023, they achieved a Rippling Certified: Payroll Administration certification from Rippling.
