Todd Hugo

Todd Hugo's work experience begins with their current position as the Senior Vice President of Atlanta Operations at Hylant, where they are responsible for leading the Atlanta Regional Office and overseeing client servicing and community relations.

Prior to joining Hylant, Todd spent 18 years at Aon Corporation as the Regional Managing Director. In this role, they provided risk management consulting and support to global corporate clients in the East and Southwest Regions. Todd managed a team of professionals and ensured that the appropriate resources were allocated to support clients.

Before Aon, Todd worked at Crum & Forster as the Property Underwriting Manager. Todd managed the Property and Marine underwriting department in the central region, overseeing a team of underwriters and underwriting service assistants. Todd also handled negotiations with brokers and agents, conducted field audits in sister regions, and participated in reinsurance negotiations.

Early in their career, Todd worked at Hartford Insurance Group as a Senior Underwriter. Here, they gained experience in handling both Property and Casualty lines of coverage for commercial clients. Todd coordinated with various departments to service clients, including risk engineering, claims handling, marketing, and audits.

Todd Hugo earned an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Sauk Valley Community College, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Todd then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 1993.
