Jaime Ayala has extensive experience in business development and management across various industries. Currently serving as an Ambassador for SEADS - Sea Defence Solutions, Jaime focuses on brand evangelism and global administration. As Managing Partner at HYLMAN, a company that emphasizes a holistic approach to client services, Jaime oversees strategy and execution for diverse clientele. In the role of President and Chief Evangelist Officer at Transmantein, Jaime has achieved significant sales growth through energy projects, both conventional and renewable. Previous positions include President & CEO of amexgas, where Jaime implemented corporate governance and digital solutions, and Executive Director at Sojitz Corporation, driving substantial sales increases through foreign investments. Academic credentials include a Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with various leadership training programs. Currently, Jaime is pursuing a Global Studies degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
